It's getting hot in here!! It's currently 28C in my room... and it's freakin' midnight! That's basically hotter than it is back home! haha.. I need some air-conditioning... or at least a fan =S
Apart from feeling hot, I have been busy doing my paeds attachment the last couple of weeks. Dealing with kids is a lot more fun than I thought! They are so cute and cuddly (the tiny ones at least heh).. and they're oh so innocent. I even managed to bath a 2 day old baby... she was so small and looked really fragile, I thought I was gonna break her! But apparently, the nurse said I was good with babies (?).
It's not all smiles though. There was this time when I was just about to listen to a 2 year old girl's chest.. I was just reaching for my stethoscope and she started crying really loudly! (she was quite a loud girl to begin with haha). I had to pretend to listen to her teddy bear's chest, and then her mum's before I could do it on her.. haha that was fun! I got a new little toy today to decorate my stethoscope.. hope the kids won't be as scared now. =D

And of course World Cup is under way now.. too bad I can't watch most of the afternoon matches. I'll be rooting for Brazil and England!! What about you?
